Sarah Bernhardt Room
At the beginning of the Belle Epoque, the Divine Sarah was a French stage and early film actress. In her heyday she was referred to as the "most famous actress the world has ever known".
As a tribute to Sarah Bernhardt's talent and beauty, this south-facing, twenty square metre space celebrates the style and glamour of the period. It is decorated in pale shades of shell and ivory with sparkling accents of green and has twin three-quarter beds. The small fully appointed en suite bathroom has a slipper bath set in an alcove decorated with a fresco of trellis with climbing roses in shades of rose and white.
All the rooms at La Creuzette have WiFi internet, a hairdryer and embroidered towelling gowns. The beds are made up with antique, hand embroidered French linens and other luxury accoutrements. A luxury range of La Creuzette bathroom toiletries is replenished daily.
Reservations for a minimum stay of two nights.
