Terms and Conditions

The itinerary may be amended to accommodate suppliers, service providers, and the weather.
All travellers should have travel and medical insurance for the full duration of the tour.
Any pre-existing medical conditions that might have an impact on your travel must be disclaimed to us in advance.
Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary requirements in advance so we can plan our menus accordingly.
All beverages included in your package are limited to those served alongside meals and those ordered by your host at the designated restaurants. Guests who wish to consume additional alcoholic beverages, or beverages not included in the standard offering, may do so at their own expense. Additional drinks can be purchased separately and are subject to prevailing prices.
The €1000 deposit is non-refundable. Should you no longer wish to partake you can have someone else take up your place.
The balance of the payment will be required a month prior to the start of the tour and any cancelation thereafter will forfeit the full amount.
Subject to a minimum of 8 guests. We reserve the right to cancel 2 months in advance, in the event that the minimum amount of guests have not been reached.

Bed and Breakfast reservations can be made from mid-March to the end of November, subject to availability.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure a reservation.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00
We are not a hotel and therefore we do not have a 24 hour reception. We thus request an estimated time of arrival, and your host will be on site to welcome you and do the check-in.
Dinner reservations can be made for groups of four or more and by prior arrangement.
The mandatory tourist tax of €0.66 per person per night is not included in the rates.

For weddings and receptions, a rental fee is required to guarantee a reservation.
In the event of cancellation, this fee will not be refunded.
